Tokyo hosts Heaven Artist festival and outdoor event

Tokyo will host the Heaven Artist TOKYO 2026 event at Ueno Park from October 23 to 25. Supported by the City of Tokyo and the Arts Council Tokyo, the festival features approximately 140 artists performing music, juggling, acrobatics, magic, comedy, and traditional Japanese arts. The performances are free to the public and will be distributed throughout the park's landscape, which includes the Shinobazu Pond area.

Additionally, the TOKYO outside Festival 2026 @ SHOWA KINEN PARK is scheduled for October 24 to 25 at Showa Kinen Park. This large-scale outdoor event will feature over 100 brands offering activities such as tree climbing, bungee trampolines, and large inflatables. The festival includes displays of camping gear, custom cars, and camper vans, alongside food offerings from various kitchen cars. A new addition this year is the ‘TOKYO DOGS' RUNWAY’ area, which includes dog yoga and pet-related workshops.
