Tokyo hotels launch 2026 Christmas cake reservations

Major hotels in Tokyo have commenced reservations for their 2026 Christmas cake collections.

The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho is celebrating its 10th anniversary with three specialized offerings. These include the ‘Christmas Knit Cake’, a large-scale dessert featuring ten different flavors and textures designed to resemble a knitted hat; the ‘Christmas Pistachio Vegan Cake’, a gluten-free option made with plant-based ingredients; and the ‘Strawberry Jewel Cake’, which features mascarpone-infused cream and fresh strawberries.

Asakusa View Hotel is offering five varieties of takeout cakes, including strawberry shortcake, chocolate shortcake, a Mont Blanc tart, a pistachio mousse, and a ‘Couronne de Noel’ strawberry mousse cake. The hotel is also providing a limited-edition Christmas party set containing roast chicken and beef stew, alongside seasonal stollen.
