Tokyo Idol Festival 2026 showcases top idol groups on Odaiba stage

The Tokyo Idol Festival 2026 was held at the Odaiba waterfront in Tokyo from May 31 to June 2, with the outdoor SMILE GARDEN stage hosting a lineup of popular idol acts.

Momoiro Clover Z member Ayaka Sasaki opened the stage as the top batter, later posting on Instagram about the “best summer day” and sharing photos of her pink costume and the crowd’s enthusiasm.

Dance troupe CYBERJAPAN DANCERS performed in white bikinis, marking their 11th consecutive appearance at TIF. Eight members delivered high‑energy dance routines, covering songs such as “Bounce!” and the anime theme “Cutie Honey,” while interacting with the audience throughout the set.
