Tokyo MX launches two new summer anime series

Two anime series began broadcasting on Tokyo MX during the July 2026 summer season. "Ryoumin 0‑nin Start no Henkyou Ryoushu‑sama" (The Frontier Lord Begins with Zero Subjects) premiered on 10 July 2026 and is scheduled for 12 episodes. The show is streamed internationally on Crunchyroll and produced by animation studio 42 under the direction of Kenichi Imaizu.

"Ushiro no Shoumen Kamui‑san" (KAMUI: He’s Behind You) debuted earlier on 4 July 2026, also with a 12‑episode run. International streaming is handled by OceanVeil, and the series is directed by Takumi Tsukumo at Zero‑GyZG‑R. Both titles will be released on Blu‑ray/DVD after their broadcast runs.
