Tokyo retail: New dessert and cafe venues to open in September 2026

Several new food and beverage establishments are scheduled to open in Tokyo in September 2026.

Dessert CHOUX, a specialty cream puff brand operated by DAY TO LIFE, will open its first permanent location at Tokyo Gift Palette in Tokyo Station on September 4, 2026. The shop will offer dessert-inspired cream puffs, including products like ‘Chou Mocchi’ and ‘Pavé de Chou’.

Additionally, BONDISH Co., Ltd. will launch R. O. STAR Seaside Terrace at Aqua City Odaiba on September 10, 2026. This new cafe and bar concept will feature a terrace overlooking Tokyo Bay, offering coffee, sandwiches, and lunch plates, alongside planned character collaboration cafe events.
