Tokyo Soteria and Eikoh Linkstudy announce upcoming online workshops

Tokyo Soteria will host an online training session for young carer supporters on October 21, 2026. The workshop, titled “What kind of necessary support fits the actual situation of children and families?”, aims to address the complexities of supporting young carers, including human rights, age restrictions, and trauma awareness. The session will be led by Toshihiko Matsumoto, Director of the Department of Drug Dependence at the National Institute of Mental and Physiological Sciences.

Separately, Eikoh Linkstudy, operated by the Z-kai Group, is organizing a free online craft workshop for kindergarten-aged children and their parents on October 17, 2026. The session, titled “Learning Together! Online Craft Workshop,” will focus on a “sparkling soap bubble” experiment via Zoom. The event also serves as an introduction to the group’s upcoming kindergarten classes scheduled for the winter of 2026.
