Tokyo's Crio patisserie unveils tropical cheesecake fair for August

French‑Japanese patisserie Crio, led by Santos Antoine, is holding a month‑long "Tropical Fair" in Tokyo from 1 August to 31 August 2026. The event takes place at Crio's three city locations – its Itabashi (Kobuchi‑Mukuhara) flagship store, Nakameguro and Azabudai Hills – and will also be offered through the brand’s official online shop (excluding Amazon).

The fair’s centerpiece is a summer‑styled version of Crio’s best‑selling "Phantom Cheesecake", renamed "Phantom Tropical Cheesecake" (¥2,080, tax included). The cake blends mango and passion‑fruit purée with a lime‑infused mango confiture, delivering a light texture with both sweet and tart notes. Six additional seasonal sweets, featuring mango, pineapple, coconut and peach, are also on sale, with variations in availability across the three stores.

All items are limited‑time offerings, and Crio advises customers to check store inventories or the online shop for the latest availability.
