Tokyo’s Konica Minolta Planetarium to host Shigeru Mizuki Yokai Summer Festival (July–August 2026)

The Konica Minolta Planetarium TOKYO in Chiyoda, Tokyo, will stage the "Shigeru Mizuki Yokai Summer Festival – 88 Mysterious Constellations" from July 17 to August 31, 2026. The event transforms all 88 constellations into the whimsical yokai characters created by manga artist Shigeru Mizuki, offering an immersive 360‑degree show that lets visitors see every constellation in a single session.

Admission is 1,500 JPY for adults (middle‑school age and older) and 1,000 JPY for children aged four and up; children under three enter free with an adult. Ticket holders receive a limited‑edition "yokai constellation" sticker, and participants can enjoy yokai‑themed summer‑festival games that award original merchandise or discount vouchers. Photography is permitted throughout the dome, and additional stickers featuring the series' hero GeGeGe no Kitarō are given as participation prizes.
