Toledo officials highlight Taller+ employment and training program in Camarena

Concepción Cedillo, president of the Diputación de Toledo, visited the Taller+ ‘Camarena a Color’ program in Camarena to highlight how these initiatives integrate vocational training with employment. The program focuses on sanitation and painting for municipal facilities and urban furniture.

Eight student-workers are currently participating in the program, performing practical tasks that benefit the local community. Recent projects include maintenance and painting at the María del Mar school and repairs to local padel courts. The initiative aims to provide participants with professional experience while directly improving public spaces and local infrastructure.
