Tolentino hosts second edition of Millimetri film and design festival

The Millimetri festival, a collaboration between the Fondazione Franco Moschini and Fondazione Design Terrae, returns to the Politeama Franco Moschini in Tolentino for its second edition. Running from October 2026 to March 2027, the program is titled “Altri Mondi” (Other Worlds) and aims to explore the intersection of cinema and design.

The festival features six events spanning animation, science fiction, and horror genres. Each screening is paired with interactive experiences, including workshops, live performances, and talks with industry guests. The initiative seeks to make design accessible to both experts and the general public by using film as a lens to examine form and detail.

The opening event features a 4K screening of John Carpenter’s “They Live,” accompanied by a live screen printing workshop hosted by MarcheLove. The workshop focuses on the “Strolleche” graphic project, which translates local Marches culture into contemporary design.
