Tolentino: Nine-year-old boy airlifted after window fall
A nine-year-old boy was rescued by helicopter after accidentally falling from a first-floor window in Tolentino, Italy. The incident occurred around 1:00 PM in the historic center on via delle Caserme while the child was with his family.
The boy fell from a height of approximately three to four meters. Despite the impact, medical personnel reported that he remained conscious and able to respond to questions. Due to his age and the nature of the fall, an air ambulance was deployed to transport him to the Torrette regional hospital in Ancona for further evaluation.
Local Carabinieri have arrived at the scene to reconstruct the dynamics of the accident.
