Tolhuin Municipality completes new digital literacy program

The Municipality of Tolhuin, through its Directorate of Educational Policies and Technological Innovation, has completed a new phase of its Digital Literacy course. The program was designed to provide residents with practical tools for the daily use of digital platforms and resources.

Taught by Professor María Morales, the workshop aimed to increase resident autonomy and confidence in digital environments related to study, work, and routine administrative tasks. Participants learned to navigate online procedures, inquiries, and access to educational and communication platforms.

The initiative is part of an ongoing municipal effort to promote digital inclusion and reduce the digital divide within the community, facilitating access to essential modern services.
