TOLIC Kandla holds half-yearly review meeting to promote official language

The Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC) for Kandla-Gandhidham held its half-yearly review meeting, chaired by Sushil Kumar Singh, Chairman of the Deendayal Port Authority.

The meeting involved approximately 70 officers and employees from 43 member offices. Discussions focused on strengthening the implementation and effective use of Hindi in official government work. During the session, information was shared regarding the TOLIC Incentive Award granted to the Kandla-Gandhidham committee by the Department of Official Language.

Additionally, ‘Rajbhasha Shields’ were presented to various member offices to recognize their outstanding performance in official language work for the 2025-26 period. Chairman Singh encouraged all participating offices to meet prescribed targets for Hindi usage in their official functions.
