Toll Brothers announces new luxury residential developments

Toll Brothers, Inc. has announced new residential developments in North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

In Charlotte, North Carolina, the company is releasing a new building at the Iron Creek luxury townhome community. These four-story townhomes feature rooftop terraces and attached two-car garages, with prices starting in the low $400,000s. The community is located near Uptown Charlotte and the AvidXChange Music Factory.

In Horsham, Pennsylvania, Toll Brothers is planning the Woodford Glen community, which will consist of 22 luxury single-family homes. These residences, priced from approximately $1.6 million, will be situated on lots averaging over one acre. The homes are expected to range from 4,600 to over 6,600 square feet, with sales anticipated to begin in late fall 2026.
