Toll Brothers opens new New York community and prepares for Q3 earnings

Toll Brothers, Inc. has announced the opening of its newest luxury community, Toll Brothers at Fortune Ridge, located in Southeast, New York. Situated approximately 60 miles north of Manhattan, the community offers single-family estates on half- to one-acre sites. Amenities include a clubhouse, outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Separately, the company is projected to report its Q3 2026 quarterly earnings on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Analysts anticipate earnings of $2.92 per share and revenue of approximately $2.62 billion for the quarter. This follows a previous quarter where the company reported $2.72 earnings per share, exceeding analyst estimates.
