Toluca Historic Center faces unregulated informal commerce

The Historic Center of Toluca is facing significant challenges due to uncontrolled informal commerce. Local business groups, including the Patronato Pro Centro Histórico de Toluca, have denounced the municipal administration led by Ricardo Moreno for failing to regulate street vendors.
