Toluca negotiates $12 million sale of Helinho to CSKA Moscow
Toluca is in advanced negotiations to sell Brazilian winger Helinho to the Russian club CSKA Moscow. The deal is reportedly valued at approximately 12 million dollars, comprising 10 million in fixed payments and 2 million in performance-based objectives.
Helinho, who joined Toluca in 2024 for nearly 16 million dollars, remains a key player for the team. He recently contributed to Toluca's 4-0 victory over FC Juárez, scoring the opening goal.
Following the match, Toluca manager Antonio Mohamed addressed the transfer rumors, stating that while Helinho is in excellent form, transfer negotiations are handled by the club's directors rather than the coaching staff. Mohamed noted that if the sale is finalized, the club will look for a replacement.
