Toluca officials promote mental health awareness

More than 600 people attended the “Atrévete a Cambiar” (Dare to Change) keynote conference in Toluca, Estado de México, aimed at promoting mental health and social harmony. During the event, psychotherapist Shulamit Graber emphasized the importance of self-care, self-knowledge, and the willingness to change as essential tools for personal well-being.

Rocío Pegueros Velázquez, President of DIF Toluca, highlighted the commitment of the municipal government, led by Mayor Ricardo Moreno, to provide access to specialists and expert support.
