Tom Brady celebrates 49th birthday on yacht with family

Tom Brady turned 49 on August 3 and marked the milestone with an intimate party on a private yacht. He was joined by his three children – son Jack, 18, son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13 – for a day that included a poolside volleyball match, a surf session and the opening of birthday gifts, which he described on Instagram as “R. O. I” from the “best kids in the world.”

The celebration also featured appearances by former girlfriend Bridget Moynahan and ex‑wife Gisele Bündchen, who continue to co‑parent amicably. Former teammates Rob Gronkowski and Von Miller left birthday wishes in the comments. Earlier in the week Brady had taken his children on a “trip of a lifetime” to Alaska, adding to the family‑focused festivities.

Brady captioned his Instagram recap with, “The 40’s farewell tour starts today. It’s not the destination… it’s not the journey… it’s the company,” underscoring the personal nature of the event.
