During a promotional event for his new film ‘Digger’, directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu, actor Tom Cruise received a jersey from the Argentine football club Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata.

The interaction took place at the Toreo Parque Central in Mexico during a red carpet event. Journalist Fede Carestía presented the jersey to the actor, explaining its origin and inviting him to visit Argentina to attend a Gimnasia match. Cruise accepted the gift with enthusiasm, stating, “I love sports. Thank you very much, thank you very much,” and acknowledged the gesture with a fist bump.
