Tom Ince joins Tranmere Rovers on two‑year deal

Forward Tom Ince, 34, has signed a two‑year contract with League Two side Tranmere Rovers after being released by Watford. Ince arrives with over 100 career league goals in more than 500 appearances, having previously played for Liverpool, Hull City, Derby County, Huddersfield, Stoke and others. Tranmere manager Darrell Clarke said the veteran will provide "creativity, composure and versatility in the final third" and that his experience will be valuable for younger players. The move follows a trial period at the club and marks a return to English football for the former England youth international.

Ince expressed his enthusiasm, noting he still has “hunger and desire” and described the signing as “full circle”.
