Tom Jackson returns as Frank Cranebear in Sullivan's Crossing Season 5

Actor Tom Jackson will reprise his role as Frank Cranebear for the upcoming fifth season of the drama series Sullivan's Crossing, which airs on The CW. The character, a Cree Nation member and father figure to Maggie Sullivan, has appeared in 37 episodes across the first four seasons and is expected to be a central presence in the new season.

Jackson’s career spans nearly four decades, beginning with the children’s series Shining Time Station in the early 1990s. He later made guest appearances in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Supergirl, and Outlander. His most prominent role was as Peter Kenidi, the band chief in the Canadian Indigenous series North of 60, a part that highlighted issues such as residential‑school trauma and earned him lasting recognition in Canada.
