Tom Ketil Krogstad arrested for pimping in Trøndelag

Tom Ketil Krogstad, founder of the sex club Club4, and another man in his 60s have been arrested and charged with pimping in Trøndelag, Norway. Police suspect the men of facilitating the prostitution of a woman.

Authorities conducted operations at both the Club4 sex club and the Bjørnli guest house, a property owned by Krogstad. While one woman has been identified as an aggrieved party, police are investigating whether others are involved through digital evidence and interviews.

Krogstad has denied the charges, stating he has been ‘dragged into this case’ and expressing dissatisfaction with his treatment by police. He has previous convictions for similar offenses in 2001 and 2021, though he denied guilt in those instances as well. Both suspects are being held in pre-trial detention for four weeks with restrictions on communication to prevent the destruction of evidence.
