Tom Lee projects Ethereum could reach $6,000 amid Bitcoin rally

Tom Lee, co-founder of Fundstrat Global Advisors and chairman of Bitmine Immersion Technologies, has projected that Ethereum (ETH) could reach $6,000. This forecast is contingent on Bitcoin (BTC) hitting $150,000 and the ETH/BTC ratio rising to at least 0.04.

Lee described this target as “very conservative,” noting that the ratio reached nearly 0.08 during the 2021 bull market. He argued that Ethereum is currently “vastly undervalued” and is well-positioned to benefit from the tokenization of real-world assets and the rise of AI agents requiring blockchain-based payment rails.

Key catalysts for Ethereum’s potential growth include the possible passage of the CLARITY Act in the United States, which could facilitate institutional entry, and the influx of capital from Asia. Lee also noted that while the current market cycle is driven by tokenization and AI rather than the NFTs and meme coins of 2021, the underlying utility of the network provides a strong foundation for long-term value.
