Tom Sandoval restraining order dispute faces legal complication
Attorney Cory Weck has filed a motion to be relieved as counsel for Will Robinson in an ongoing restraining order dispute involving reality TV star Tom Sandoval. Weck cited an “irreparable breakdown in the attorney/client communications” and noted that despite multiple attempts to contact Will Robinson, he has been unable to obtain consent to withdraw from the case.
The legal conflict stems from an alleged confrontation in Los Angeles on June 3. Sandoval previously obtained a temporary restraining order against Victoria Lee Robinson and Will Robinson, alleging he was verbally and physically attacked. Sandoval claimed that Victoria struck him near his temple and that Will grabbed his arms and shoulders, forcing Sandoval to push him away to create distance.
Victoria and Will Robinson have also sought restraining orders against Sandoval, though those requests were initially denied. The court is expected to address the attorney’s request to withdraw during a trial-setting conference scheduled for October 1.
