MXGP World Championship concludes in Australia with multiple title winners

The 2026 FIM Motocross World Championship concluded at the Hidden Valley Motorsports Complex in Darwin, Australia, with multiple championship titles decided.

In the MX2 class, Guillem Farres secured the World Title for the Triumph Factory Racing Team. His teammate Camden McLellan achieved an overall race win and finished second in the championship, marking a historic 1-2 finish for the British manufacturer.

In the premier MXGP class, Jeffrey Herlings completed a dominant season. Despite a challenging start in the qualifying rounds, Herlings secured a 1-1 result in the final Sunday motos to finish the season with a massive lead over Romain Febvre.

In the WMX category, Daniela Guillen became the first Spanish WMX world champion after a strong performance in the final rounds in Australia.
