Tom Welling uses humor to address accidental nude photo incident

Actor Tom Welling has responded with humor to an accidental social media mishap involving an unintended nude reflection in a hotel window photo. While in New York City for the 'Smallville' 25th anniversary reunion at New York Comic Con, Welling posted a photo of the city skyline to his Instagram Stories. He reportedly did not realize the window's reflection captured him without clothing.

Following the viral spread of the image, Welling leaned into the joke by commenting 'Came for the sights' on a social media video poking fun at the incident. His former co-star, Michael Rosenbaum, also participated in the joke by posting a satirical photo mimicking the original shot.

Most recently, Welling collaborated with internet personality Haley Baylee in a comedic video titled 'pov: Tom Welling hires you as his new social media manager,' which continues to play on the self-aware humor surrounding the event.
