Tomara Waterfall attracts summer visitors in Gümüşhane
Tomara Waterfall, located in the Şiran district of Gümüşhane near Seydibaba village, has become a popular destination for visitors seeking relief from summer heat. Known locally as ‘Kırk Gözeler’, the waterfall is characterized by water emerging from numerous springs within the rocks rather than falling from a single point above. The water cascades from a height of approximately 15 meters.
As a natural park, the area offers walking paths and a glass observation terrace, attracting tourists from Gümüşhane and surrounding provinces. Visitors utilize the site for picnics, hiking, and enjoying the natural vegetation and cool atmosphere provided by the unique spring-fed structure.
