Tomasz Adamek announces farewell fight with FAME MMA

Polish boxing legend Tomasz Adamek has announced his return to combat sports for a final farewell fight. The 49-year-old fighter confirmed in an interview with MMA.pl that his retirement bout will take place next year under the FAME MMA banner.

Adamek is expected to make an official appearance at the FAME 33 event, where details regarding his final opponent will likely be discussed. While there has been speculation regarding a potential matchup against Marcin Najman, an official opponent has not yet been confirmed.

This announcement follows Adamek's recent foray into freak fights, including a loss to current UFC fighter Roberto Soldic in September 2025. Adamek stated that he intends to complete this final chapter before officially hanging up his gloves.
