Tomaszów Mazowiecki to host large retail complex near S8

A large-scale retail project is being developed in Tomaszów Mazowiecki near the S8 expressway. The investment consists of two independent commercial parks managed by Family Partners and Agile Development.

The larger facility, led by Family Partners, will offer approximately 23,000 square meters of rental space, while the smaller building by Agile Development will provide around 14,000 square meters. Both shopping parks are scheduled to open in the first half of 2028.

The complex aims to provide a wide range of goods, including groceries, clothing, footwear, sporting goods, electronics, drugstore items, furniture, and home and garden supplies. The strategic location on the S8 route is intended to serve residents of Tomaszów Mazowiecki as well as customers from Łódź and Warsaw.
