Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis remake scheduled for Feb 12, 2027

Crystal Dynamics and Flying Wild Hog announced a full‑scale remake of the original 1996 Tomb Ranger title, now called Tomb Ranger: Legacy of Atlantis. Presented with a new trailer at the June 2026 State of Play, the game will launch on 12 February 2027 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2. Developed with Unreal Engine 5, the remake rebuilds the adventure from scratch, adding modern visuals, updated gameplay mechanics and expanded environments that span Peru, Greece and Egypt.

Three retail editions will be offered: a Standard edition, a Deluxe edition with 48‑hour early access and additional in‑game content, and a Collector’s edition featuring a Lara Croft statue, steelbook case, artbook and other physical items. The release follows a previous remake in 2007 and a remaster in 2024, and it precedes another upcoming Tomb Ranger title, Catalyst, also slated for 2027.
