Tomelloso hosts filming for ‘El Canal de la Mancha’

Filming for the feature film ‘El Canal de la Mancha’, directed by Daniel Sánchez López, is currently underway in Tomelloso. Local residents recently participated as extras in a sequence recreating a bullfight at the city's bullring.

The production, which includes students from Santo Tomás-La Milagrosa, has also filmed in locations such as the La Antigua restaurant and the municipality of Argamasilla de Alba. Produced by Suspiria Films, the story follows two 17-year-olds contemplating leaving their hometown for England after finishing high school.
