Tomita ramen shop opens direct-managed branch in Hanoi

The renowned Japanese ramen establishment, Chuka Soba Tomita, which originated in Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture, has opened an overseas direct-managed branch in Hanoi, Vietnam. Located on the first floor of The Loop Shopping Center, the shop opened in September 2025.

To maintain the quality of its signature flavors, the restaurant produces its noodles, soup, and ingredients locally in Hanoi. The menu features the signature thick-noodle tsukemen with a rich pork and seafood broth, as well as Chuka Soba and Mori Soba, which pays homage to the Taishoken lineage.

The establishment is noted for its ability to replicate the authentic taste of the Japanese original by managing production processes and temperature controls locally, serving as a model for Japanese culinary brands expanding internationally.
