Tomoharu Shoji expresses gratitude to wife Miki Fujimoto on television

During a Hawaii special of the Fuji TV cooking variety program ‘Mikitty Dining’, entertainer Tomoharu Shoji shared a heartfelt message to his wife, Miki Fujimoto. Shoji expressed his gratitude to Fujimoto for her support during a difficult period last year when both of his parents passed away following decade-long battles with illness.

Shoji reflected on their 17-year marriage, noting how they transitioned from being cited as a couple likely to divorce to a celebrated duo with their own program. He thanked Fujimoto for maintaining a sense of normalcy and being his ally during his bereavement.

Additionally, actor Takehiro Taira appeared on the program and shared details regarding how he met his wife in 2016. He revealed that he was introduced to her through his twin sister, who suggested they meet after they had both reached their 40s.
