TOMORA releases archive of first TV live performance of “Come Closer”

The collaborative project TOMORA, pairing Tom Rowlands of The Chemical Brothers with Norwegian singer Aurora, released its debut album in April 2024 and headlined the White Stage at Fuji Rock Festival 2026. On July 27 the duo performed the track “Come Closer” live on the Japanese television program DayDay., marking Rowlands’s first TV appearance in Japan. The performance was streamed live and the full video has now been posted to the official DayDay. YouTube channel as an archive.

The show also featured a fan‑only signing event at Tower Records Shibuya, which sold out with about 200 attendees. TOMORA has announced a solo concert for October 1 at Tokyo Garden Theatre, with tickets already on sale. The release highlights the cross‑genre collaboration and the growing popularity of both artists in Japan and internationally.
