Tomorrowland 2026 launches new stage and circular waste partnership after 2025 fire

Tomorrowland 2026 in Boom, Belgium will run with a newly built main stage after the 2025 blaze that destroyed the previous structure. The stage features advanced visuals, will be reused at other festivals such as in Thailand and Brazil, and the event has imposed a grill ban and cancelled fireworks because of a heat wave and heightened safety concerns. Organisers state, “Safety is our top priority.”

The festival has also entered a strategic partnership with waste‑management company PreZero to pilot circular‑economy solutions on‑site. PreZero will work with the festival and Lidl pop‑up services to optimise material flows, collect fresh food, and generate data that can be applied across the European event sector. The collaboration will be highlighted at the Love Tomorrow Summit, where representatives from UEFA will also discuss resource‑saving measures.
