Tomorrowland festival returns to Shanghai for second edition

The second edition of ‘The Magic of Tomorrowland’ recently concluded in Shanghai, China, as a sold-out two-day electronic music festival. Held at the Hero Dome within the INS SEA waterfront destination in the Huangpu district, the event was organized in partnership with Hero Esports, INS LAND, and Budweiser.

The production featured an 88-metre stage equipped with 72 moving ceiling screens to create an immersive visual environment. According to Tomorrowland spokesperson Debby Wilmsen, the event aimed to showcase the growth of the EDM scene in China while maintaining the festival’s signature focus on creativity and technical excellence through locally built scenography.
