Toms River Halloween Parade expected to grow for 2026

The Toms River Halloween Parade in Ocean County is expected to see significant growth for its 2026 event. The parade is scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2026, in downtown Toms River, with a step-off time of 7 PM. The timing is expected to increase attendance as Halloween falls on a Saturday night.

The 2026 celebration will include a patriotic theme to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the United States, featuring red, white, and blue costumes and floats. Registration for participants can be completed on Tuesdays in October at the Toms River Firehouse on Robbins Street or on the day of the parade.
