Ton Bang arrested for industrial property rights infringement

Ton Bang, the ex-husband of Hang Du Muc, has been arrested and prosecuted by the Ho Chi Minh City Police. The charges involve the crime of “infringing upon industrial property rights.”

The investigation centers on approximately 28,794 kg of red apples bearing the “Hang Du Muc” brand, which were discovered at a warehouse belonging to Dich Duong Company, where Ton Bang serves as the legal representative.

The case has drawn public attention due to the previous family connections between Ton Bang, Hang Du Muc, and Ton Bang's two sons from a previous marriage, Nhat Duong and Dich Duong, who were reportedly close to their stepmother.
