TON Strategy reports $15M in Gram staking revenue for Q2 2026

TON Strategy reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $15 million, entirely derived from Gram staking. While the company saw a significant increase in revenue compared to the $3 million reported in the first quarter, the majority of its net income before taxes—$82.8 million out of $83.5 million—was driven by fair value gains on Gram assets rather than operational cash flow.

Despite the accounting profits, the company’s continuous operations consumed $10.6 million in cash during the first half of the year. As of June 30, 2026, TON Strategy held approximately 230.5 million Gram, representing about 4.4% of the total supply and 35% of the network's staked Gram. The company reported digital assets with a fair value of $369.5 million and held $29 million in cash and restricted cash with no debt.

In an effort to streamline, the company has largely completed the shutdown of legacy operations, which is expected to reduce annual cash operating costs by approximately $4 million. Additionally, the company terminated an advisory services agreement with Kingsway Capital, resulting in a non-cash charge of roughly $2.9 million.
