The estate, which Bijelić acquired in the second half of 2023, was previously described by him as a ‘new business residence’ rather than a standard vacation home.

Sources close to the businessman suggest the sale was prompted by significant financial difficulties and the need to settle debts. The property is located in a prestigious area of the Croatian coast and features amenities such as a large swimming pool, a decorative fountain, and multiple terraces, resembling an exclusive hotel complex. The villa was designed for both private use and professional gatherings, featuring two separate entrances to facilitate business meetings and guest receptions.
