Toni Bou wins 40th world trial championship title

Spanish rider Toni Bou has secured his 40th world trial championship title in Zelhem, Netherlands. This historic milestone consists of 20 outdoor TrialGP titles and 20 X-Trial indoor titles.

Competing for Repsol Honda HRC, the 39-year-old Bou clinched the championship following a dominant season. His victory in the Netherlands mathematically secured the title with one round remaining in the season. The podium for the final race included Jaime Busto in second place and Bou's teammate Gabriel Marcelli in third.

Bou's career statistics include an unprecedented 275 global victories and hundreds of podium finishes.
