Toni Dacheva discusses her separation from Nayden Milkov

Singer Toni Dacheva has opened up about the emotional impact of her separation from musical partner and former partner Nayden Milkov. The couple, who were prominent figures in the pop-folk genre, shared a 12-year relationship that included both professional duets and a personal life together.

Dacheva revealed that the breakup was devastating, leading her to spend significant time questioning her own role in the dissolution of the relationship. She noted that she had long hoped for a reconciliation to form a family, but this did not occur. While Milkov has since moved on and started a family, Dacheva stated that she has focused her life on her work and her adopted daughter, Victoria.

The pair first met near Varna, where Dacheva recognized Milkov's talent, leading to a successful musical tandem characterized by hits such as ‘Gryakh li e’. Their professional and personal partnership officially ended in 2008.
