He reported that his group was arriving by bus at the World Trade Center to visit an observation deck. After a guide suggested they might need to change tickets due to a perceived helicopter collision with a tower, the group exited the bus. While waiting, Esteban witnessed the second plane strike the South Tower. He noted that security personnel quickly evacuated the group from the area.
