Tony Di Saverio funeral held following fatal motorcycle accident in Lombardy

Funeral services were held in Frosolone for 56-year-old Domenico Antonio “Tony” Di Saverio, who died following a motorcycle accident in Lombardy.

The collision occurred in Caronno Pertusella, in the province of Varese, when a car reportedly crossed a continuous line and entered the motorcyclist's lane. Although Di Saverio was transported to the hospital in Garbagnate Milanese in critical condition and survived the initial impact, he succumbed to his injuries.

Di Saverio had deep ties to several regions, having managed a fuel station in Teramo and an auto repair shop in Cogliate, Lombardy, before his death. Following a wake in Cogliate and a religious service at the Basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme in Rome, he was laid to rest in the local cemetery in Frosolone.
