Tony Robbins shares journey from janitor to successful entrepreneur

Tony Robbins, a prominent American speaker, author, and entrepreneur, has shared details regarding his early life struggles. Born in 1960, Robbins faced significant financial instability and family conflict during his youth, leading him to leave home at age 17.

Without a university degree or wealthy connections, Robbins worked various manual labor jobs to survive, including a position as a janitor earning approximately $40 per week. He specifically chose a night shift, working from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM, to ensure his daytime hours were free for reading and studying the habits of successful individuals. This period of self-directed learning is cited as a foundational step in his transition from manual labor to his current professional status.
