Top Cocktail Bars guide recognizes leading establishments in Spain and Portugal

The seventh edition of the Top Cocktail Bars guide has recognized over one hundred cocktail bars across Spain and Portugal, highlighting diverse approaches to mixology.

In León, Massara and Clandestino Gastrobar have been included in the prestigious guide. The recognition for Massara is attributed to Mixology Director Cristian Martínez, while Clandestino Gastrobar's success is credited to bartender Adrián Revilla. Managers Ana Belén Santín and Samuel Pastor noted that the distinction reflects the dedication of their professional teams.

Leading the rankings, Angelita and Moonlight Experimental Bar maintained their three-star status. The Villalón brothers, behind the Angelita concept, utilize a sustainable ‘no ice’ technique that relies on ingredients from their family farm in Zamora to reduce energy and water consumption. Additionally, Momus, led by Alberto Fernández, achieved a second star.
