Topps announces 2026 baseball card releases including WBC variations

Topps has announced several upcoming baseball card releases for 2026, including new variations tied to the World Baseball Classic (WBC). The 2026 Bowman Chrome Baseball set will feature WBC Flag Variations, which include players alongside their respective national team marks and country flags. This move follows significant growth in the tournament, which saw 16.2 million fans attend and record-breaking television viewership.

Additionally, the 2026 Topps Pristine Baseball release is scheduled for August 12, 2026. This product features a concentrated 200-card base set including MLB stars, historical players, and approximately 60 rookie cards. Hobby boxes for the Pristine set are pre-selling for approximately $800 and include two autographs and one autographed relic per box.
