TopSaúde HUB and Greenlegis launch new specialized technology solutions

TopSaúde HUB has expanded its service portfolio by introducing specialized artificial intelligence agents integrated into its ERP system. Designed specifically for the supplementary health sector, these agents automate processes and support decision-making by understanding natural language and specific business rules. According to CEO Anderson Farias, these tools can provide operational efficiency gains between 40% and 70%. One available tool is an AI agent for beneficiary service that handles inquiries regarding coverage, eligibility, and provider networks via text or voice.

Separately, Greenlegis has launched an updated version of its Supplier Management system to integrate procurement with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) compliance. The tool aims to mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions and legal liabilities. The new system facilitates better coordination between technical specification teams and procurement departments, allowing for faster and more secure partner selection based on technical and sustainability criteria.
