The 2nd Autumn Book Days in Torbalı, organized by the Torbalı Municipality under the theme ‘In the Heart of History, Following Wisdom,’ is currently underway at the Ertan Ünver Millet Parkı. To commemorate the 104th anniversary of the district's liberation, the seven-day event features 104 guests, 35 publishing houses, and 60 book stands.
The program includes a diverse range of activities such as workshops, concerts, film screenings, and poetry recitals. Notable scheduled events include a discussion on ‘Uncertainties in Politics’ featuring Akif Beki and Yavuz Oğhan, as well as various literary talks by authors and journalists like Mine Söğüt. The festival offers specialized programming for children, including workshops based on Atatürk’s sayings, alongside cultural sessions for adults.
